Shipping & Delivery Policy

Good news — nothing ships by courier, so there are no shipping charges, ever. Your song is delivered digitally to the email address you provide in the order form. Most songs arrive within 12 hours of a confirmed, paid order. During peak occasions (Valentine's week, wedding season), delivery may take a little longer — your tracking page always shows the current status. Your delivery includes: a studio-quality MP3 download, a printable lyric-card PDF, and the full lyrics. Can't find your delivery email? Check spam and promotions folders first, then visit your tracking page (link in your confirmation email) — delivered orders can be downloaded there directly. Still stuck? Email hello@vowyo.com and we will resend it.
