Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Vowyo song is made just for you, so our refund policy reflects that. Cancellation: You can cancel for a full refund any time before our team start working on your song (before the order status changes to "Generating") by emailing us at hello@vowyo.com or messaging us on our Instagram account for quick communication. Once work has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled, as your song is already being prepared from your story. Corrections: If an important detail is wrong — a mispronounced name, a factual error — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no charge. Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver your song within 7 days of your confirmed order, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. To request a cancellation, correction or refund, email hello@vowyo.in with your order ID.
